Hamburg / Ludwigslust – As part of its investment strategy in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern the VentusVentures Corporate Group has acquired another plot of land in Ludwigslust.
On Friday (08.02.2019) the purchase contract for the acquisition of the plot was notarised. The property measures approx. 1,500 m² and is situated in the immediate vicinity of the property on Garnisonsstraße 5 and Bürgermeister-Brandenburg-Str. 20-22 in Ludwigslust, which has already been acquired by VentusVentures in 2017.
The construction of the project ‚Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten Ludwigslust‘ is planned on the grounds of the former old garrison.
With the acquisition of this additional area VentusVentures continues its strategy to invest in infrastructure projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
