Founded in March 2015, Schwerin-based die.bau.mv GmbH initially specialised in advising municipalities and investors. The focus is on projects in northern Germany, especially in the Hamburg metropolitan region and in western Mecklenburg.

Since 2018, die.bau.mv has also concentrated on the development of real estate projects in the municipal environment. Regional value creation and demand-oriented concepts are at the forefront for die.bau.mv Projects are always realized hand in hand with the local people and developed jointly with future users and tenants.
