Hamburg / Ludwiglust – On Wednesday (20.02.2019) the city council Ludwigslust decided to support the project “Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten Ludwigslust”. The decision was preceded by events in the Urban Development Committee and discussions with the administration that also expressed its positive recommendation to the city council.
The VentusVentures Corporate Group has developed a concept „Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten Ludwigslust“ that creates a link between multigeneration living in attractive living spaces and the provision of modern, flexible working infrastructure in an urban environment.
For the implementation of the project, VentusVentures already acquired the land in Bürgermeister-Brandenburg-Straße and Garnisonstraße in Ludwigslust in 2017.
With the decision of the city council to support the concept and to allocate the additionally required municipal area to VentusVentures, further project planning steps, i.a. day care center, more apartments and also parking facilities can be initiated.
