Hamburg / Schwerin – The VentusVentures Corporate Group continues to expand its activities in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In planning is the realization of a total of three infrastructure projects in Ludwigslust and Neustadt-Glewe.

The project Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten in Ludwigslust is a inter-generational concept that combines attractive living and working in an urban environment. Already in 2017, VentusVentures acquired the property in Ludwigslust with two former barracks buildings at Bürgermeister-Brandenburg-Straße. Since early 2019, the old garrison buildings are being demolished in a first planning step.

70 apartments are to be built on the campus; approx. 1,000 m² are intended for office use.

The overall concept also includes the construction of a day-care center and a park-like recreation area.

The other two projects in Neustadt-Glewe are investments in an existing commercial property and the development of commercial space. The “Technology Park Neustadt-Glewe” is currently in the planning stage.

The investments already made in the expansion of commercial space and infrastructure are intended to strengthen economic development in the region.
