Hamburg –The VentusVentures Corporate Group is planning to build and operate a mixed-use „Campus Living & Working“ in Ludwigslust. After presenting the planning project to the Committee on Economic Affairs, Urban Development and Transport, VentusVentures presented the project to the public in a series of public 

The campus concept is intended to create attractive living, living and working space in an urban environment. The planning provides an intergenerational living concept in which all, young people, families and seniors alike feel at home. The design of such a project wins by the inclusion of the ideas and ideas of potential prospects and future residents.
To inquire about the needs and ideas of future residents for the quality of living and the creation of the living environment, VentusVentures had invited to a series of discussions with the theme “Living in the future”. The overall concept was presented in a total of three rounds of talks (on 17. and 25.10.2018 in Ludwigslust).

Not only in the round table with seniors concrete questions were asked and requests for the home furnishings formulated. The pupils of the Goethe-Gymnasium, which is located in direct proximity to the residential complex planned in Garnisonsstraße, also showed great interest in the concept of living, the planned architecture, which would contribute to the modernization of the cityscape.

The project Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten Ludwigslust is currently in the planning phase. Last year, VentusVentures invested in project development and bought the property on the former garrison grounds. The two old barracks buildings are to be demolished. The start of construction is planned for the beginning of 2019.
